Sunday's are all about slowing down and relaxing and taking time to reflect on your past week. Take some time to really allow your body to slow down. We need to unlearn not to be busy all the time and just let it be. Society now wants us to be on the go all the time and our business world has become that of a 24 hour clock (masculine energy) where as our bodies require the feminine energy so we need to slow down, recoup and all ourselves some down time. If you ever feel that your body is hurting (and I am sure it is somewhere) then allow yourself one day in the week to do something for you. Do one of these activities below.
Have a goal that you wish to complete. Write it down and also write how you feel once you have done it. For those of you who work 11-12 hours a day, Sundays or a day where you need to relax is needed for your body to relax. We are on the go all the time and if we don't listen to our bodies and give it what it needs then we start to get colds, get ill, get headaches. This is your bodies way of telling you to slow down. So take note and do one of the activities mentioned above.
