Payment & Cancellation Policy.
To ensure the best possible service and maintain a fair schedule for all clients, the following terms apply to all bookings:
1. Payment Terms
Full payment for your session must be received at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. If payment is not received within this window, your appointment may be subject to cancellation to allow the slot to be offered to other clients.

2. You agree to the conditions set out by Gemma Nice Coaching that you will pay in instalments for the agreed amount set out by Gemma Nice. You agree to participate in all the work set for you throughout the Gemmanice.com programs. You will set up correct payment methods for the program you have signed up to.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
We understand that life happens; however, because your coach allocates a specific block of time exclusively for you, last-minute gaps are difficult to fill.
Notice Period: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made more than 24 hours in advance.
Late Cancellations: If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied.
Why this fee exists: This fee compensates the coach for the reserved time slot, which is unlikely to be filled on such short notice.
4. Refunds
If a cancellation occurs within the 24-hour window, the remaining 50% of your prepaid fee will be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account.
