Self Care Sunday



What will you do today for your self care Sunday? Choose at least two of these and really enjoy your time doing them.


Research has shown that if you take 1 hour a day for your self care, you are more likely to feel better, sleep better and have a more productive week in your life whether that be family life, work, or just feeling better within yourself.


You are taking time for you and that is not being selfish. That is making you have your cup half full and who doesn't want that. We all need this time, its how you spend it that counts. So lets all take time today and really sit quietly within ourselves. Take some time out just for you.
