You may have come across the self care Sunday quite a bit or this might be completely new to you. But for some of you, you might think that taking some time out for yourself is selfish especially if you have children and cant spend any time on yourself. Well I have news for you, Self Care is DEFINITELY NOT SELFISH. It is needed for you to feel so much better, calmer, tranquil and serene without having to feel guilty.
Now self care can be anything from reading your favourite book or magazine, to baking your favourite cake, going out for a walk in the woods or beach, drinking a cup of tea in bed, taking a bath or anything that makes your glass full instead of half empty. Even if you just take half an hour out for yourself, it will make you come from a place of peace and tranquillity rather than coming from a place of stress and anxiety.
