Reminder - Be Kind To Yourself. Okay.


We are always so busy that we don't really stop to think about actually being kind to ourselves. By this I mean self care. We work all the hours we can, start to feel burnt out, then we get sick and have to stop. So to stop this vicious circle, we have to Be Kind To Ourselves. Now doing some self care isn't about being selfish. Its the other way. We need to fill ourselves up with love, pampering, reading a book, taking time out for ourselves and doing something that we want to do.


Here are 5 affirmations for you to say to yourself each day to feel loved and be kind to yourself:

1. I Am Powerful

2. I Am Confident

3. I Believe In Myself

4. I Am Loved

5. I Deserve All Good Things


None of this is being selfish, far from it. The quicker you learn to bring self care into your daily routine, the better. You will be able to care for your loved ones better when you do this compared to when you don't. I have leant this the hard way and now I am so full up with love that I can care for my family 100 times better.
