Motivation, Do You Have It?

How do we stay motivated?

We can stay motivated by doing little things everyday to make us feel good.

The trick here is to find out what you want from life. What are your actual desires? What do you want in life? It can be anything. Then you need to ask yourself how will I get to that specific thing for me to actually have it in my hands. This is what keeps us motivated, the desire to have anything in our life.

But first how do you get to that point? This is where courage comes in. Maybe you are waiting for a big fat sign for you to take that leap of faith but do you know what, take a big deep breath, focus on the future and your desire and jump. It's scary to let go of all that we know in hope of something new. And its normal to feel anxious at the thought of letting go of what we know for sure. But this is the unavoidable process or rising. And right now, this is how you are being called to live.

Look into nature. Take a walk through nature and mother earth. Connect with her and all the things around you. Take a big deep breath in, close your eyes and listen. Take in the senses, the smells, the feelings of being in nature. Take your body back to its roots. Nature is constantly showing us how to live with courage. Autumn comes every year and encourages the trees to loosen their grip. To allow what once was so full of life, to fall away, leaf by leaf. For a moment, it feels like nothing will grow again. The branches are left bare without the comfort of what once was, but in the morn of spring, new shoots begin to appear and something new is born that is even more glorious than before. So take a look at nature and find the courage to move forward and keep that motivation flowing.

Manifestation is another huge way to keep yourself motivated. This ties into your desires and how you want to use them.

Set goals, small achievable goals and celebrate every win. Even if its just a small win, they all count to one big one. Have one big one that you want to eventually achieve, then break it down into 1 month goals, weekly goals and daily goals if you want to. This way, it will keep you motivated to achieve that final goal and it wont feel like you are struggling to achieve that huge one which is the end goal. When you get a win, celebrate it with a little dance around the kitchen or journal it or shout it from the rooftops. Get excited, get all giddy about it. Let the universe know that you are grateful for this and revel in it. Then you will be more motivated to carry on and move closer to the bigger more larger goal.

You're much more likely to stay motivated if you're working towards something that you genuinely want to do or achieve, rather than what other people want for you. Find things that interest you within goals that don't, So, try and find something within that task that does motivate you for you to carry out that task and for you to feel better for it.

Enjoy and know that you will get there. Stay positive, stay strong and stay motivated but most of all have FUN in the process.
