Easy Energiser Smoothie
We all feel sluggish and tired at one point during our day so why not make this restorative and energising smoothie to make you feel energised once again.
It has got protein for you to build up your cells, avocado for an amazing amount of goodness in vitamins, healthy fats and all round goodness (can you tell I love these little things), a banana for potassium and nuts for amazing protein boost and huge health benefit's.
You will need:
150ml Milk or Alt. Milk
3 spoonful's of Greek Yoghurt (not Greek Style)
Half an avocado
1 Banana
25g Almonds, Cashews or any nuts you fancy
Put all in a blender and blend up. Pour in a glass and enjoy. Feel refreshed and energised.
