Well every morning if you wake up and say 5-10 affirmations to yourself, science has proven that you will be 50% more productive than if you didn't. You are also calmer and have more time to really allow your thoughts to become part of your day. So I have put together 10 Daily Affirmations for you to say to yourself each morning for you to feel calm, alive and free.
The one thing to remember is to not take life to seriously. This is when you get to the point of burn out. You aren't letting yourself relax and take time out for you. Are you one who commutes and spends a huge amount in the car driving or on the train. This is one for you. When you are feeling stressed, tired, burning the candle at both ends and don't know where to turn, then saying these affirmations each day or whenever you feel like this can really have a huge positive impact on your mindset. Maybe say these into the voice recorder on your phone and listen to them whenever you need to hear them. By you saying them, it reminds your brain to trigger your serotonin your calming hormone which then makes you feel so much better immediately.
