What is it that you truly want and what is burning for you in your life right now? How do you feel if you were to look into a flame or a fire and really stare and connect to it? Let me know in the comments below as I would love to connect with you this way.
Has there been a time in your life when you have thought that you wanted something so badly and that it was the right time to get it but didn't have the confidence to get it? I have felt this numerus times over the years and do you know what looking back now, I wish I had just gone and got it. Grab the bull by its horns and go for it. We only live once and we are not on this planet for very long.
So how do you get this confidence? Well really look at what you are trying to have, manifest, want and bring it to life. So ask yourself do I want that perfect relationship? Do I want to be loved how I deserve to be loved? Do I want to find confidence in all areas of my life? Of course the answers to these are yes. So to do this we need to bring a little movement into our life. This could be in the form of Yoga, Dance, A walk in Nature, or anything that excites you. As we move, we start to release Dopamine (calming hormone) and Endorphins (happy hormone) and this makes us feel good. By our hormones doing this, it allows us to feel a little bit more confident in our decisions. So this burning desire you have for something will come true if you do some movement.
