Self Care Sunday Smoothie
A really good breakfast smoothie is one that I've called Harmonious Super Smoothie
Its got Strawberries, Blueberries and Banana to get your fibre fix and Cashews, Greek Yoghurt and Chia Seeds for protein.
Ingredients
1 handful Strawberries
1 handful Blueberries
1 banana
1 handful of Cashews
1 tablespoon of Greek Yoghurt
Sprinkling of Chia Seeds
Half a cup of Milk of your choice
Method
1. Hull the strawberries, chop the banana in half, add the cashews, Greek yoghurt, and milk.
2. Wazz up in a blender or Nutri bullet
3. Pour into a glass and add the chia seeds on top, Dress with one strawberry and one slice of banana.
This smoothie will keep you feeling fuller for longer due to the fibre content in all the fruit. If you are suffering from a hangover, this also is a great smoothie to line the stomach as it contains banana which lines the stomach, helping you to feel better.
