Enjoy setting expansive intentions that resonate with your uniqueness, opening up energetic doorways into your fullest potential.

Experience powerful, uplifting, visualisations to help clear self-judgment and resistance around confidently expressing your creativity.

Enjoy a beautiful grounding and energy shifting yoga practice to create space within you, to expand into your creative essence and unique energetic soul signature.

Immerse yourself in restorative, recalibrating reiki energies during a soothing guided meditation.

Learn practical tips and exercises, including intuitive art, vision boards and journalling, that you can use to help manifest your ultimate heart aligned life experience.

Please wear clothes that you can move in comfortably, plus a pair of socks and warm top for the cool down. You will also need a cup (for the tea) water, a yoga mat, small pillow and blanket (for the relaxation section).

Sam Meredith is a reiki master practitioner and a member of the UK Reiki Federation with 17 years experience working with subtle energy. Gemma Nice is a qualified Yoga Teacher with 17 years experience working with all kinds of people sharing her passion of yoga.
