Yoga / Reiki Fusion - Winter Integration And Soul Nurture Workshop

Join Gemma and Sam at Gladys Bevan Hall in Upper Beeding on Sunday 15 th January, for a supportive fusion of reiki and a gentle, mindful, yoga flow that will leave you feeling empowered and rejuvenated.

The theme for this workshop is ‘integration and soul nurture’. How can shifting your focus from ‘doing’ to ‘Being’ enrich and feed your soul? How can taking time out to consciously connect with your body, reflecting and making space to integrate energy shifts aid your wellbeing?

Using the subtle energies of reiki and soothing, inspiring visualisations, we will use this space to dive into this theme and questions. We will then move into a beautiful soul nurturing yoga experience, that will further help support your physical body to shift any trapped, heavy energy.

Finally, we will finish with an extended relaxation session and short taste of reiki energy. This will enable you to fully harmonise the movements and insights from your practice. It will provide compassionate space to process any new awareness or energetic changes that may take place during the session, knowing that you are held in supportive, non- judgemental space.

Please wear clothes that you can move in comfortably, plus a pair of socks and warm top for the cool down.

You will also need water, a yoga mat, small pillow and blanket (for the relaxation section).

Sam Meredith is a reiki master practitioner and a member of the UK Reiki Federation with 15 years experience working with subtle energy. Gemma Nice is a qualified Yoga Teacher with 15 years experience working with all kinds of people sharing her passion of yoga.
