Many of my coaching clients feel they cannot be open, honest, or raw with each other, especially regarding STIs and sharing results. With syphilis at a 77-year high and scabies jumping by 43%, the message is clear: society does more damage than the infections themselves. The fear of shame surrounds conditions that are easily treated. In my coaching, I believe a vibrant sex life is a pillar of overall wellness for both body and mind.
