Finding your Equilibrium with Reiki & Yoga Workshop

Join Gemma and Sam at the tranquil venue that is the Cow Shed Studio, nr Steyning on Sunday 24 th September, for a relaxing, inspiring and empowering yoga reiki workshop. The intention of this session is to create a space where you can find a sense of equilibrium in your being, relaxing out of the ‘noise’ of the everyday to find a sense of peace and stillness within.

The focus will be on becoming the ‘curious compassionate observer’, choosing to stop, breathe and relax into your body and drop down into your heart. Using a powerful visualisation, Sam will support you as you relax into the supportive  energy of ‘Source’ and invite this inwards, allowing this restorative energy to flow through your own energetic field, harmonising head and heart and helping to expand your perspectives, whilst simultaneously deepening your connection to your sense of Self.
