Energising Morning Routine 1

Click On The Video For a 9 Minute Energising Morning Yoga Routine to get you moving and energised to start your day. Starting with Childs pose to stretch out the lower back and open out the hips, Moving to cat/cow pose to warm up the spine and then shoulder openers in balancing table top. Adding in a Sun salutation to get the whole body moving and including a warrior sequence. You will feel soo good afterwards.

Click On The Video For a 16 Minute Energising Morning Yoga Routine to get you moving and energised to start your day. Starting with wide legged Childs pose and puppy pose to stretch out the lower back and open out the hips, Moving to cat/cow pose to warm up the spine and then shoulder openers. Adding in a Sun salutation to get the whole body moving and including a lunges to open the hips as well as wide legged forward bends to increase flexibility in the inner thighs and stretch out the lower back. You will feel soo good afterwards. Enjoy your day.

Yoga For Runners

Click On The Video For a 20 Minute Yoga For Runners Class to stretch afterwards to really feel the benefits of your run. This will really compliment your running training. This class includes hamstring stretches, Low and high lunges to open out the hips, Wide legged forward bends and pyramid pose for stretches into the hips and hamstrings and calves again. Targeting hips with seated poses including butterfly pose, pigeon pose and happy baby to elongate the spine. This is a great partner to your training.

Yoga For Shoulders

Click On The Video For a 16 Minute Yoga For Shoulders Class to stretch and target the shoulder area. Including forward folds to open out the shoulders, warrior 2 to strengthen the arms, reverse prayer to open the fronts of the shoulders and planks to strengthen that whole area. Then moving to some spinal twists and shoulder openers to end.

Yoga For Tight Hips

Click On The Video For a 13 Minute Yoga For Tight Hips Class to stretch and target the hip area. Including donkey kicks, child's pose, lunges, butterfly pose to open the hips and allow the blood to flow as well as pigeon pose targeting the psoas and IT bands. Moving to reclined pigeon pose for a lower back stretch, opening hips and elongating the spine. Enjoy.

Yoga For Tight Shoulders

Click On The Video For a 11 Minute Yoga For Tight Shoulders Class to stretch and target the shoulder area. Including shoulder shrugs, arm stretches to release the muscle fibres and allow the blood to flow better, recovering tired and tight muscles. Adding in some spinal twists and shoulder openers.

Yoga For Headaches

Click On The Video For a 10 Minute Yoga For Headaches Class to stretch and target the neck and head area. No one likes headaches but doing these stretches will be amazing at releasing the build up of tension in the head area. This class includes specific neck stretches, shoulder stretches as this is connected to the neck, seated forward folds to lengthen and strengthen the spine and seated nostril breathing to really help calm the mind and allow the headaches to subside.

Yoga For Stomach Cramps

Click On The Video For a 23 Minute Yoga For Stomach Cramps Class to stretch and target the neck and head area. No one likes stomach cramps but doing these stretches will be amazing at releasing the pain in this area. This class includes spinal twists reclined and seated which move the intestines around, releasing trapped wind. Then moving the spine to also move the cramps. This allows more oxygen to flow freely increasing the calming and happy hormones for you to feel better.

Yoga For Lower Back Pain

Click On The Video For a 11 Minute Yoga For Lower Back Pain class to stretch and target the lower back area. Everyone is feeling it with working from home for the past year so this class really helps to elongate the spine, release tightness and tension in the lower back and feel better even after just 5 minutes. Starting with seated spinal twists, cat and cow pose, standing forward folds, sphinx pose and upward dog to really stretch the lower back and adding in some side bends to build up strength in the core and releasing the lower back.

Yoga For Tight Hips And Hammies

This was filmed for Insight Timer so there might be a few times where I talk and you are not sure what it means but that's why. This flow will be incorporating hip stretches as well as hamstring stretches. Just go with the flow or go as far as you wish in some of the poses. Great for cyclists and runners who suffer with tight hips and hamstrings.

They are made with 100% cotton on the outside and a polyester filling (made from recycled duvets) on the inner to make it feel soft on the face.

There are 3 small dried lavender bags inside each mask, making them smell and feel divine.
