Being grateful opens up so much for you. Ask yourself what are you grateful for right now? Be in tune with your body and be thankful for your breath, thankful for your self care today. Thankful for your whole body and how it functions. Get to know the good bits and bad bits of your body, soul and mind. It will always be there for you whenever you need it. You just need to look inside and trust that you will find the answers because you will.
When you are feeling really low, just remember that there are millions and billions of cells within your body and all they care about is YOU. Just remember that. They are there for you whenever you need them. You just need to tap into your wisdom and find the answers. To do this gab your mat and move. Do some yoga, move all the cells to wake them up and this immediately makes you feel so much better. Meditate and find your answers within you. Sit quietly and just listen.
