Relaxing/ Restorative Yoga Classes

Restorative Yoga is all about slowing down and opening the body through passive stretching. During these long holds, your muscles relax deeply. It's a completely different feeling from other types of yoga classes since props are used to support your body instead of your muscles. 

For some of these classes you will need a Yoga Block or Bolster, Resistance Bands, Cushion, Blanket and some candles.

22 Minute Slow Yin Yoga Stretch

Click On The Video For a 22 Minute Yin Yoga Class. Grab a blanket, cushion or bolster stretch for 20 minutes. Allow your body to relax and feel calm for the day or night ahead.

20 Minute Morning Slow flow

Click On The Video For a 20 Minute slow morning yoga flow to wake up the day ahead. Enjoy some spinal twists, easy side planks targeting the side body. Enjoy banana pose and some lower back stretches. Enjoy your day.

45 Minute Slow Yin Yoga Class

Click On The Video For a 45 Minute Slow Yin Yoga flow. Using a bolster, blanket or cushion, come and flow with Gemma, moving the spine, back, hamstrings, head and neck for you to feel calm, relaxed and happy and for you to carry on with your day.

Join Gemma for a relaxing yoga class from your bed. This will be a slow yoga class doing yoga poses on the bed for you to do these just before you go to sleep or when you wake up in the morning. They will target the neck, shoulders, pelvis and lower back as well as make you feel calm and relaxed.

Yin Yoga Class With Gemma Join Gemma for a very restorative yoga class. Bring your mat, blanket, cushion or bolster for you to feel so relaxed, calm and restored. Let go of all the tightness and tension within your body.

They are made with 100% cotton on the outside and a polyester filling (made from recycled duvets) on the inner to make it feel soft on the face.
