On Demand Hatha Yoga Classes

Hatha Yoga Classes are all designed around the typical thing you usually think of when you are thinking about a yoga class. Its gentle yoga poses usually starting off warming up the body with some gentle head and neck stretches and spinal stretches, then moving to standing poses and then back down to floor based poses, ending up in savasana or relaxation for 10 minutes or so. Breath work is also part of any yoga class to help you feel fully calm and relaxed

It will allow you to relax and feel calm and let go of all your worries and anxiousness for half an hour. This class was filmed for a live class so there might be talking in it. This class is also on the 15 minute and under classes.

I have handmade some lavender eye masks

Lavender has a soothing reputation as a natural alternative to help you relax, unwind and let go of stress. It also helps with anxiety and depression. I absolutely love these eye masks.

They smell wonderful and are really soft.

They are made with 100% cotton on the outside and a polyester filling (made from recycled duvets) on the inner to make it feel soft on the face.

There are 3 small dried lavender bags inside each mask, making them smell and feel divine.
