On Demand 15 Minute and Under Yoga Classes

15 Minute And Under Yoga Classes are all designed around those of you who are short on time. There are different videos on here for Morning Wake Up's, Energising Morning Yoga Classes and Gentle Yoga Classes. Usually starting off warming up the body with some gentle head and neck stretches and spinal stretches, then moving to standing poses and then back down to floor based poses, ending up in savasana or relaxation for 1-2 minutes or so. Breath work is also part of any yoga class to help you feel fully calm and relaxed

Seated Morning Routine 1

Click On The Video For a 15 Minute Seated Morning Yoga Routine to get you moving and energised to start your day. Starting with Breath work to get the oxygen flowing into the blood stream, then moving to moving to cat/cow pose to warm up the spine and then shoulder openers. Stretching out through the hamstrings and pelvis. Seated forward fold to stretch out the back and ending with a few breathing exercises.

Energising Morning Routine 2

Starting with breathing exercises to calm the mind, moving to cat/cow pose to warm up the spine and then Downward Facing Dog to stretch out the whole body. Adding in Sun Salutation A and B to get the whole body moving and ending with a few breathing exercises to make you will feel so good afterwards.

Energising 15 Minute Morning Yoga Flow

Starting with cat/cow poses to warm up the spine and then some Sun Salutations to stretch out the whole body. Adding in a few Warrior sequences and squat poses. Ending with a few breathing exercises to make you will feel so good afterwards and for you to carry on with your day.

Handmade Lavender Eye Mask

I have handmade some lavender eye masks

Lavender has a soothing reputation as a natural alternative to help you relax, unwind and let go of stress. It also helps with anxiety and depression. I absolutely love these eye masks.

They smell wonderful and are really soft.

They are made with 100% cotton on the outside and a polyester filling (made from recycled duvets) on the inner to make it feel soft on the face.

There are 3 small dried lavender bags inside each mask, making them smell and feel divine.
