Movement And Exercise Lecture
Hey and welcome to another lecture. Todays one is all about Movement and Exercise as well as Restorative Yoga Classes.
Within this lecture I want you to think about how moving your body makes you feel. Think about how you feel before and what the feelings are that are coming up. Once you have moved your body, think about how you feel afterwards. Have all these feelings of dread and hate coming up for your partner now gone or have slightly diminished and you have a clearer head. How do you feel. Use your journal in module 1 to write these feelings down.
Remember when you are feeling low, move your body. It releases the serotonin, your calming hormones and decreases the cortisol, your stress hormones, allowing you to think a little clearer.

45 Minute Slow Yin Yoga Class
When we are in a state of flight or fight, we cant think straight, we are agitated and want to shout and scream. By doing a restorative yoga class, it will allow you to come from a state of calm instead of a state of flight.
Within our relationships we go through ups and downs. When we are on the downs, its not much fun at all but by bringing restorative yoga into our daily lives we can start to feel a little more us. We can come from a state of calmness.
Click On The Video For a 45 Minute Slow Yin Yoga flow. Using a bolster, blanket or cushion, come and flow with Gemma, moving the spine, back, hamstrings, head and neck for you to feel calm, relaxed and happy and for you to carry on with your day.

Click On The Video For a 20 Minute Bedtime Relaxing Yoga Class. The slower we move, the more in tune we are with our bodies. This allows us to come from a place of healing rather than broken and this is where we can really tune into our bodies quicker. This then allows us to come at our relationships from a different angle.
The more we focus on ourselves and how we feel will then give us more of an idea of what the problem is and how we can solve it. All of the answers are within us and by brining yoga and meditation into our lives, it allows to to gain more clarity.

Try out this class and see how you get on. Note down in your journal, how you feel before and when you have have an argument note down how you feel. Follow the class and note down how you feel afterwards. Compare your feelings and notes.
Use the journal in Module 1 to note down anything that comes up. Note feelings, note timings, note where you are in your cycle and see if you have any body feelings.
Always come back to your body and mind.
