Yoga / Reiki Fusion - Surrender Into Your Flow Workshop

Join Gemma and Sam at Gladys Bevan Hall in Upper Beeding on Sunday 27th November, for a nurturing fusion of reiki and a soothing yoga flow that will leave you feeling inspired and renewed.

The theme for this workshop is ‘surrender’. How can you empower your own growth by surrendering into the vibrations around you?

Using the subtle energies of Reiki and a powerful light filled visualisation, you will have the opportunity to ‘fall’ into the energies and invite your body to release any blocks that maybe stopping you from connecting to your unique power within. We will then move into a beautiful immersive yoga experience that will further help support your physical body to shift any trapped, heavy energy.

Finally, we will finish with an extended relaxation session and short taste of reiki energy. This will enable you to integrate the movements and insights from your practice and give yourself a compassionate opportunity to completely let go of anything that arises during the session, as you are held in supportive, non-judgemental space.

Please wear clothes that you can move in comfortably, plus a pair of socks and warm top for the cool down. You will also need water, a yoga mat, small pillow and blanket (for the relaxation section).

Sam Meredith is a reiki master practitioner and a member of the UK Reiki Federation with 15 years experience working with subtle energy. Gemma Nice is a qualified Yoga Teacher with 15 years experience working with all kinds of people sharing her passion of yoga.
