Yoga / Reiki Fusion - Finding Peace in Release with Yoga & Reiki

Join Gemma and Sam at the beautiful venue that is the Cow Shed Studio, nr Steyning on Sunday 21st Jaunary, for an inspiring, nurturing and re-invigorating yoga reik workshop.

The intention of this session is to create a space where you can turn the noise of the outer world down and reconnect with your deeper sense of Self, creating an opportunity for new-found awareness to arise from within, which will help you to release any aspects of your life that no longer serve you.

We will start with a powerful visualisation, that will help you to re-build an empowered connection with your inner voice from a space of calm compassion. Then, from here, we will consciously choose to release dense energy that is holding us back from living our most expansive lives. 

Gemma will then lead us through a beautifully restoring yoga practice, which will help our physical bodies to integrate the energy as it shifts through our Beings. We will finish the session with an extended, guided relaxation and mini reiki ‘taster’, which will help the uplifting, renewing energy of the session to permeate further into our fields stimulating a greater sense of self-connection, awareness and peace to arise from within.

Together, Gemma and Sam will be creating the perfect, supportive, space for non- judgmental, self-reflection through a light filled, clarifying energy modality and nurturing yoga practice, allowing you to find peace and transformation in release. 

Please wear clothes that you can move in comfortably, plus a pair of socks and warm top for the cool down. You will also need water, a yoga mat, small pillow and blanket (for the relaxation section).

Sam Meredith is a reiki master practitioner and a member of the UK Reiki Federation with 16 years experience working with subtle energy. Gemma Nice is a qualified Yoga Teacher with 16 years experience working with all kinds of people sharing her passion of yoga.
