Reinforcing Your Vitality With Yoga And Reiki

Join Gemma and Sam at The Cow Shed Studio in Steyning on Sunday 26 th March, for

an inspiring fusion of reiki and a gently uplifting yoga practise that will leave you feeling

empowered and revitalised.

The theme for this workshop is ‘reinforcing your vitality’. In this session we will invite you

to align with the rising spring energies of new beginnings, creativity and refreshed

potential. These reinvigorating vibrations that naturally increase at this time of year,

serve as an awesome opportunity to clear out the stale, stagnant and limiting energies

that may have accumulated over time. As we ‘spring clean’ our energy we create room

for more light, clarity and expansive perceptions to grow within. Each of us is always

growing, changing and transforming and in this session, we will encourage you to focus

on and empower the direction of your evolution to a place that is more beneficial for you

going forwards.

We will use a combination of reiki inspired, powerful, recharging, visualisations and yoga

to help us to reconnect with the rejuvenating energies around us. Finally we will end with

an extended, immersive, guided meditation with reiki to create a space which will help to

reinforce your vitality and underpin your energetic foundations. It will also provide

compassionate space to process any new awareness or energetic changes that may

take place during the session, knowing that you are held in supportive, non-judgemental

space.

Please wear clothes that you can move in comfortably, plus a pair of socks and warm

top for the cool down.

You will also need water, a yoga mat, small pillow and blanket (for the relaxation

section).

Sam Meredith is a reiki master practitioner and a member of the UK Reiki Federation

with 15 years experience working with subtle energy. Gemma Nice is a qualified Yoga

Teacher with 16 years experience working with all kinds of people sharing her passion of

yoga.
