Join Gemma and Sam at the beautiful, soul nurturing, Cow Shed Studio, nr Steyning on Sunday 11th June, for an uplifting and empowering yoga reiki workshop which will reconnect you with the beauty of your own unique light.

In this session we will use a powerful combination of visualisations, yoga and reiki to support you, as you expand more deeply into the power and wonder of your own inner light, deepening your sense of connection to your Self.

Sam will lead you through an empowering visualisation, followed by a calming yoga practice with Gemma. We will finish the session with an extended, guided relaxation with reiki. These immersive activities will help you to shift your focus away from the stress and expectations of the outside world, to a more peaceful space of self-compassion, which will help to nurture your sense of wellbeing and shine brighter moving forwards.

In this session we will use a ‘gratitude practice’ to shift our perception away from how we may perceive that we are ‘not enough’ to a place where we celebrate our strengths and remember that no matter where we are in life, or what we are experiencing, we are always ‘enough’. Together, Gemma and I will be creating the perfect, supportive space for non-judgmental, self-reflection, which will help you to reconnect with and feed the flame of your own inner light.

Please wear clothes that you can move in comfortably, plus a pair of socks and warm top for the cool down. You will also need water, a yoga mat, small pillow and blanket (for the relaxation section).

Sam Meredith is a reiki master practitioner and a member of the UK Reiki Federation with 16 years experience working with subtle energy. Gemma Nice is a qualified Yoga Teacher with 16 years experience working with all kinds of people sharing her passion of yoga.
